Quartetto Desueto
 |
Sometimes in the early summer months on Kauai, there's a band that comes for a few weeks & keeps everyone dancing the whole time.
All the local players love to jam and hang with them, and they make a considerable mark on the place, and then leave. Like our friend Kirk Smart, most of the
musicians in Quartetto Desueto grew up in the Veneto(northeastern part) of Italy, and so we followed them back to the old country! Read on, at the risk of falling
in love with them like we did, or check out www.quartettodesueto.com.

Liko Martin
 |
I had heard so many rich stories of a fabled songwriter - the "Bob Dylan of Hawai'i" - when Liko called
and ask me to help him finish his backlog of material I was amazed, and still am. We have been busy bringing 4 of his albums,
with material he has written - some of it in the early 70's. His amazing history and reputation as a great Hawaiian storyteller make
for some interesting reading at LikoMartin.com.

Pancho Graham and Fred Lunt are joined by old friends Keola Beamer, George Winston, Taj Mahal and Buffy Sainte-Marie,
offering up another classic mix of slack key, steel guitar and nahenahe Hawaiian music.
